But I kept searching and that's how I became a philosopher.
BIO
Who am I?
I am a professor of medical philosophy and ethics. I am also an author and columnist and provide consultancy in the field of ethics and philosophy for companies and private individuals.
I am affiliated with the medical faculty of Ghent University and regularly publish and speak at home and abroad, both for a specialized and a broad audience.
I was a visiting researcher at Radboud University Nijmegen for five years.
I am also a public philosopher and am regularly a guest on radio and television to provide insight into ethical and philosophical issues. I am also a regular columnist at De Standaard.
